One off advice Package/Fixed Fee Consultation

We offer an advice package/Fixed Fee consultation to our clients who just need advice on a particular application or in relation to theirs, a close friend or a loved one’s personal circumstances.

The advice package involves providing advice on the range of options that may be available to the client’s in their particular circumstances. It involves providing written advice such as the relevant application forms, list of documents required, fees and the expected outcome.

We offer an option of upgrading the package to an application or appeal package if the clients wish to do so in the agreed time frames. Therefore if you pay for an advice package and decide that, after seeking advice from Hunter Stone Law, you now wish for us to assist you further in your application or appeal then we will deduct the fee you pay for the advice package/Fixed Fee consultation from the application or appeal package.
