Detained Cases

If someone close to you has been detained by the Home Office then we can assist them. We provide a service where we visit them at their place of detention to take detailed instructions and assist them accordingly.

We can assist them with their immigration matters and, where possible, obtain their release from detention whilst their case is on-going. This can be done via various methods including making an application for bail.
